A problem of the parameter choosing for the system of telecommunication network dynamic management has been solved. A mathematical model suitable for analysis of networks of various dimensions is developed. A number of node commutation characterizing the network dimension and degree of its node connectivity were chosen as the parameters to be investigated. A simplest case of minimal connection corresponding to ring architecture representing a chain of connected commutation nodes has been analyzed.
